High protein waffles in 10 minutes - go!
Ingredients
- 100g eggs (or 2 large eggs)
- 100g wholemilk (or alternative)
- 50g blended oats
- 50g chocolate whey protein powder
- 50g melted butter or oil
- 50g honey or sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Good pinch of salty salty flavours
- Topping ideas:
- Berries /banana
- Nutella
- Greek yogurt
- Nuts/seeds
- Peanut butter
Directions
Mix up all ingredients (minus the toppings obvs) and let it rest.
- Then get your waffle iron hot on medium heat - butter or oil it up get all the corners - wack your mix in the middle, clamp it and cook for 3-5 mins and then flip and go for another 3-5
- Carefully pull it out from the edges and top with your favourite bits!!
