A quick yet tasty high protein breakfast that will keep you full until lunch!
Ingredients
- ESN pancake mix
- 145 ml milk
- Butter
- x1 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- Berries
- Seeds
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
In a shaker, add 1.5 scoops of ESN pancake mix and the milk - shake.
Add to the pan on medium heat with melted butter.
Stack them up, add yogurt, berries, seeds, honey.
