OK, so this is an alternative.. less eggs - more protein!
Ingredients

2 Slices of Bread
-
1 Large Egg
-
30g Vanilla Whey Protein
-
50g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
-
1 Tbsp Cocao Nibs

30g Raspberries
-
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
-
100ml Almond Milk
-
Pinch of salt
-
Pinch of cinnamon
Directions
Whack your egg, protein, milk, salt and cinnamon in a bowl - mix it about.
Soak your bread in the mix thoroughly and then wack into a hot frying pan.
Cook on each side for about 3 mins. Be careful not to burn them!
Chop down the middle and smack on your yogurt, berries, seeds.
