A weekend favourite of mine, quick, simple but so very tasty!
Ingredients
-
1 tbsp butter
-
Sliced onions
-
Pinch of Salt
-
1 tsp sugar
-
x4 rashers of bacon
-
x2 eggs
-
x2 burger buns
-
1 tbsp mayo
-
1 tsp honey
-
1 tsp chilli paste
Directions
Slice up your onion and fry off until golden brown with butter, salt, pepper & sugar.
Move over your onions & cook your bacon until crispy.
Remove everything and add in your eggs and fry them off.
Remove the eggs & then spread butter/mayo onto buns and then toast in the pan.
Remove the buns, add some honey & chilli to the pan for a few seconds to heat up and then slap that all over the buns and stack it all up.
