This recipe is great for a bit of prep or for the kids to join in!
Ingredients

100ml milk
-
x1 egg
-
squeeze of honey
-
100g oats
-
1tsp baking powder
-
1tbsp greek yogurt
-
Handful of chocolate chips
-
Fruit, greek yogurt and nutella for topping
Directions
Whack all the ingredients into a blender cup and blend it all, Keep it thicccc!
Grab an ice cube tray and poor your pancake batter in. Then add a few choc chips. Place into the freezer and leave until frozen.
To cook, go low and slow with a little press down in a pan! Serve with some greek yogurt or nutella and berries - get creative!
