This is insane, a proper classic - absolutely essential to master and scran at least once a week!
Ingredients
- Sausages (2 pp)
- Bacon (2 rashers pp)
- Can of baked beans
- Sliced mushrooms
- x2 eggs pp
- Black pudding (x1 slice pp)
- x2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 tsp Parsley
- Pinch salt and pepper
- Bread for toast
- For the hash brown
- x1 potato
- x1 onion
- x1 egg
- x1 garlic clove, minced
- Pinch salt and pepper
Directions
Get your bacon & sausages on a pan with foil and stick that in at around 200 °C for about 15 mins - until the sausages are cooked through & the bacon is crispy.
Then grate your potato, wash it in cold water, add it to a tea towel, squeeze it all out and then mix with flour, salt, pepper and an egg.
Dice an onion and then get that in a pan with butter, salt, pepper & a can of beans - leave this to simmer.

Pan on and you can use pastry rings for your hashbrowns or just add them to the pan - then in with black pudding & tomatoes for a few mins each side.
Get your eggs on the go, keep sunny side up and use oil to cook the white and a spatula to neaten it up - then get toast on the go.
