These protein oats are an easy 5 minute go-to in the morning. You can top them with whatever you like and are a versatility champion.
Ingredients

20g Banana
-
1/2 Cup Oats
-
300ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

20g Blueberries
-
30g Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)

10g Cocoa Powder
Directions
Grab a deep frying pan or saucepan and wack the milk into a medium heat.
When the milk is warm, add the oats and stir regularly for 5 mins.
After 5 minutes, add your protein powder and mix in for another minute.
Whack into a bowl and add your fruit on top.
