A quick and simple breakfast that can be prepared ahead of time - perfect for on-the-go!
Ingredients
- 70g Oats
- 50g 0% Greek Yogurt
- 30g Whey Protein
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 2 tsp Cocoa powder
- 40g Raspberries
- Handful Pecans
- Sprinkle Chocolate chips
Directions
Whack the oats, yogurt, milk, protein powder and seeds into a bowl and mix. Then pour into Tupperware.
Add cocoa powder, raspberries, pecans and chocolate chips.
Pop it into the fridge for at least 3 hours but for maximum results do this overnight.
