Eggs, bacon, smashed avo and cheese - what more would you want in a sandwich!
Ingredients
- x1 red/white onion, sliced
- x1 tbsp olive oil
- x3 rashers of bacon
- x2 tsp chilli jam
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- x1 egg
- x2 sliced of cheese
- x2 slices of bread
Directions
Slice up your onions, my preference is white onion but I only had red. Get that into a pan and begin caramelising with some salty salty flavours.
Then slap in your bacon, get it crispy then your egg.
Slice up your favourite loaf, butter on the outside, chilli jam on the inside on one half and a smashed Avo on the other side with some Ruby salt.
Stack it up, add a slice of cheese (I went Emmental) and then stick back in the pan to get toasted!
