This uses 4 ingredients and takes 15 minutes - ideal! You can also have a try at making the bagels if you fancy, check out my bagel recipe in the skills section!
Ingredients
- 1-2 sausages
- x1 egg
- x1 bagel
- Grated parmesan
- Ketchup
Directions
Open up your sausage and shape it around the bottom of the bagel (it will house the egg).
Get the bagel into a pan (sausage side down) and then crack an egg in the hole of the bagel.
Add a sprinkle of water to the pan and then whack a lid on for a few mins.
Top with grated parmesan and ketchup.
