A family friendly pancake recipe! Quick and simple - perfect for getting the kids involved
Ingredients

x1 large Banana
- x1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp oat flour/oats
-
3tsp melted Butter
- Yogurt
- Berries
Directions
Grab a bowl and mash your banana. Then add the other ingredients - mix.
Get some butter hot in a frying pan and cook the pancakes on both sides for a few mins.
Serve with some yogurt and berries.
