It's time to up your sandwich game!
Ingredients
-
Two slices of bread
-
1 tbsp mayo
-
2 tsp pesto
-
Cucumber
-
Tomato
-
1/2 mashed avo
-
One cooked chicken breast
-
Pickled onions
-
Rocket
-
1 tsp parmesan
-
Dash olive oil
-
Salt & pepper
Directions
Grab your slices of bread and coat the outsides with the mayo, spread. Then flip and add the pesto and spread.
Next add your cucumber and tomato to the pesto side of the bread, add some salty salty flavours. Then add your smashed ago, cooked chicken, pickled onions and rocket. Add a dash of olive oil on top.
Add grated parmesan to the other pesto slice of bread.
Grab a pan and get it to a high heat before toasting either side of the sandwich.
